Refund policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to request a refund, please use our Contact Us page and let us know why. If a refund is valid, then I will send you a return shipping label for you to send the product back, once I have received the product, and if it is in original condition, then a refund will be processed. 

 

There are no refunds available for custom products, as these are final sale.
